Our mission
At Heartland Puppy Love, we believe every puppy deserves a loving beginning and every family deserves the joy of a wonderful companion.
Nestled in the heart of Missouri, we’re building our program around thoughtful planning, responsible breeding practices, and a commitment to raising happy, healthy, well-socialized dogs.
Guided by our faith and love for family, our goal is to provide each puppy with a nurturing start while helping families find a companion to cherish for years to come.
How we began
Heartland Puppy Love is beginning in the best way we know how: by learning alongside an experienced breeder. We are raising puppies in partnership with Tara, an established Mini Goldendoodle breeder, caring for mothers and litters in our home nursery during the first weeks of life.
Our first litter arrived on October 19, 2026, when Lily delivered four puppies.
Our role, plainly
Tara oversees the breeding, veterinary guidance, and placement of the litters we raise. Heartland Puppy Love provides daily nursery care. Availability, pricing, and reservations are Tara’s to handle.
Looking ahead
One day, we hope to raise miniature poodles of our own. That is a direction we are growing toward thoughtfully, not a breeding program that exists today.
